Features may change or be removed; uninterrupted availability, zero data loss, and uptime are not promised.

Coleoid materials remain protected. Feedback may be used without taking ownership of confidential information.

Access may be suspended for security, law, or material misuse; content handling follows the agreement and Privacy Policy.

Coleoid supports analysis and design but does not replace professional advice.

Each party protects confidential information. Warranties and liability are limited as stated in the written agreement and permitted by law.

This MVP does not invent governing-law or venue terms; counsel-reviewed signed terms must confirm them.
